Coriolus Versicolor Extract is a biological response modifier (BRM) with anti-cancer and anti-migratory properties. Coriolus Versicolor Extract can also inhibit the expression of tumorigenic factors associated with inflammation and can be used in cancer research[1].

Coriolus Versicolor Extract (50-300μg/mL;24-48 h) 对 LPS (100 ng/mL-1 μg/mL; 24-48 h) (HY-D1056) 刺激的 HUVEC (24 h) 内皮细胞和 MCF-7 (48 h) 乳腺癌细胞的细胞毒性作用[1]。
Coriolus Versicolor Extract (100 μg/mL; 24-48 h) 在 HUVEC 和 MCF-7 细胞中抑制 LPS (20-100 ng/mL24-48 h) 刺激的 IL-6、IL-8 和 MMP-9 的产生。这种作用伴随着 TLR4 和 p-IκB 表达的降低[1]。
