DMANI 

DMANI is an intramolecular charge transfer (ICT)-based mitochondria-targeted ratiometric fluorescent probe. DMANI can monitor mitochondrial peroxynitrite (ONOO⁻) in living cells^[1].

在 PBS 缓冲液（10 mM，pH = 7.4）中，DMANI（5 μM）在 525 和 346 nm 处显示吸收带，但添加 30 μM ONOO⁻ 后，吸收明显降低，同时在约 360 nm 处出现新峰。在发射光谱中，在 692 nm 处观察到荧光明显降低，在 DMANI 与 ONOO⁻ 的情况下，在 444 nm 处出现新的发射带并迅速增加^[1]。
