Human enteropeptidase-IN-2 (compound 1c) is a highly potent enteropeptidase inhibitor. Human enteropeptidase-IN-2 can be used for anti-obesity research^[1].

IC_50(app): 30 nM (enteropeptidase)^[1]

Human enteropeptidase-IN-2 (compound 1c) has inhibitory activity against enteropeptidase with IC_50(initial)* of 540 nM and IC_50(app)** of 30 nM^[1].
