Hydrocortisone hemisuccinate hydrate inhibits the bioactivity of IL-6 and IL-3 with IC50 values ​​of 6.7 and 21.4 μM, respectively. Hydrocortisone hemisuccinate hydrate can be used in the study of ulcerative colitis (UC) and recurrent oral ulcers[1][2][3].
