Organoid culture
    Human colonic organoids can grow within the 3D membrane matrix of the the Human Colonic Organoid Kit (HY-K6112).
    Human colonic cells isolated from fresh colon tissues can be used for human colonic organoid culture with the HY-K6112 medium. The human colonic organoids reach 100 μm in diameter within 6 days after passage. The cultured human colonic organoids can be passaged within 7-10 days (scale bar: 100 μm).

    • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

      Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
