JZP-MA-13 is a selective α/β-hydrolase domain 6 (ABHD6) inhibitor with an IC50 of 392 nM. JZP-MA-13 shows no inhibition of MAGL, ABHD12, FAAH, or other serine hydrolases. JZP-MA-13 is a positron emission tomography (PET) ligand for in vivo imaging of the ABHD6[1].
