ODN 2088 

ODN 2088 is a potent TLR3, TLR7 and TLR9 inhibitor. ODN 2088 shows no cytotoxic. ODN 2088 inhibits the release of IFN-α and IL-6^[1][2][3].

ODN 2088 (0.01，0.1，1，10 μM；48 h) 对人 PBMC 没有细胞毒性^[1]。

ODN 2088 (1，10 μM；48 h) 增加 CD86 和 HLA 的表达-在 CD20⁺ B 细胞中没有 CpG-ODN 2006 或咪喹莫特的情况下出现 DR^[1]。
ODN 2088 可能会损害 TLR9 诱导的信号传导通过竞争性结合 TLR9 的 C 端片段的 CpG-ODNs^[1]。
ODN 2088 (0.001，0.01，0.1，1，10 μM；24 小时) 在 CpG-ODN 1826 (100 nM) 刺激的 BMDM 中以剂量依赖性方式抑制 TNF-α 分泌，并且在受到 TLR7 激动剂咪喹莫特刺激时表现出每周抑制作用^[3]。
ODN 2088 (10 μM) 刺激 B 细胞增殖^[3]。
