IL-11R alpha (IL-11RA) 是 IL-11 受体亚基 α，也可作为 IL-11 的激动剂。IL-11R alpha 与细胞表面的 IL6ST/gp130 结合，诱导信号传导[1]。IL-11R alpha 激活 Jak 酪氨酸激酶家族 JAK1、JAK2 和 TYK2[2]。IL-11R alpha 诱导成骨祖细胞或其他间充质细胞的增殖和/或分化[3]。IL-11Ralpha 在人胃癌的进展和分化中起重要作用[4]。

IL-11R alpha (IL-11RA) is the IL-11 receptor subunit α and also acts as an agonist of IL-11. IL-11R alpha binds to IL6ST/gp130 on cell surfaces and induces signal transduction[1]. IL-11R alpha activates Jak family of tyrosine kinases, JAK1, JAK2, and TYK2[2]. IL-11R alpha induces proliferation and/or differentiation of skeletogenic progenitor or other mesenchymal cells[3]. IL-11R alpha plays an important role in the progression and the differentiation of human gastric carcinomas[4].
