描述

The alpha-hemolysin protein binds to eukaryotic cell membranes, triggering the release of low molecular weight molecules and causing osmotic lysis. It inhibits the chemotaxis of host neutrophils toward the diseased area. Alpha-hemolysin Protein, S. aureus (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant Staphylococcus aureus-derived Alpha-hemolysin protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-6*His labeled tag.
