BAG-2 蛋白, Human (His)

BAG2 Protein, Human (His) promotes tumorigenesis through enhancing mutant p53 protein levels and function. BAG2 is a target of the c-Myc gene and is involved in cellular senescence via the p21CIP1 pathway^[1][2].

BAG2 是 Bcl-2 相关 athanogene (BAG) 家族的一种蛋白，可促进肿瘤中 mutp53 的积累和 GOF。从机制上讲，BAG2 与 mutp53 结合并易位至细胞核，抑制 MDM2-mutp53 相互作用以及 MDM2 介导的 mutp53 泛素化和降解。因此，BAG2在肿瘤生长、转移和化疗耐药中促进mutp53积累和GOF。BAG2 在肿瘤中经常过表达^[1]。
