Cadherin-1/CD324 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a recombinant human E-cadherin produced in HEK293 cells, with His tag. Cadherin-1/CD324/E-cadherin is one of the most important molecules in cell-cell adhesion in epithelial tissues^[1].

Cadherin-1/CD324/E-cadherin/CAM 120/80 位于上皮细胞表面的细胞与细胞接触区域（称为粘附连接）。作为编码钙依赖性细胞粘附分子 (CAM) 的基因大家族的成员，钙粘蛋白糖蛋白由多种组织表达，通过同型结合介导粘附。经典钙粘蛋白——E-和N-钙粘蛋白是最有特征的——在原肠胚形成、神经形成和器官发生过程中的组织形成中发挥着重要作用^[1]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
