Employing preferential homophilic interactions, Cadherin-17 facilitates self-binding between connecting cells. With its calcium-dependent adhesion properties, Cadherin-17 actively participates in establishing selective connections between cells, influencing the dynamic regulation of cellular interactions and contributing to the overall structural integrity of tissues, particularly in the liver and intestine. Cadherin-17 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived Cadherin-17 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
