The CD39 protein is expressed in the nervous system and regulates purinergic neurotransmission by hydrolyzing ATP and other nucleotides. It also prevents platelet aggregation by hydrolyzing platelet-activated ADP to AMP. CD39 Protein, Mouse (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD39 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag.
