CD3E/CD3 epsilon 1-27 peptide, crucial in the TCR-CD3 complex, transmits signals during T-cell activation. As APCs activate the TCR, CD3E, with ITAMs, undergoes LCK/FYN-mediated phosphorylation, initiating downstream signaling. Beyond signaling, CD3E contributes to T-cell development, forming CD3D/CD3E and CD3G/CD3E heterodimers. It regulates TCR-CD3 internalization through endocytosis sequences and interacts with CD6, NCK1, and NUMB, essential for internalization and degradation. The TCR-CD3 complex, including CD3D/CD3E and CD3G/CD3E heterodimers and CD3Z homodimers, demonstrates versatility in TCR assembly, allowing substitution of TCRalpha and TCRbeta with TCRgamma and TCRdelta. CD3E-CD3G Heterodimer Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, Fc) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing cynomolgus-derived CD3E-CD3G Heterodimer protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-hFc labeled tag. CD3E-CD3G Heterodimer Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, Fc), has molecular weight of 36.9 kDa(CD3E) & 36.5 kDa(CD3G), respectively.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3Gl is immobilized at 0.5 µg/mL (100 µL/well), Biotinylated Anti-CD3 Antibody binds with an EC50 of 54.9 ng/mL.
