CD44 is involved in T cell activation, protein phosphorylation, and Wnt signaling and is strategically located in the plasma membrane and microvilli. CD44 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD44 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of CD44 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 200 a.a., with molecular weight of ~37 kDa.
