CDCP1 mediates anti-adhesion and anti-migration by negatively regulating integrin receptors. CDCP1 promotes tumor proliferation and metastasis by activating MAPK/ERK and AKT signaling pathways. CDCP1 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His) is the recombinant rat-derived CDCP1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
