Clusterin/APOJ proteins act as extracellular chaperones, inhibiting stress-induced plasma protein aggregation and preventing the formation of amyloid fibrils by various proteins. It maintains partially unfolded proteins in a proper state for refolding by other partners. Clusterin/APOJ Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Clusterin/APOJ protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag. The total length of Clusterin/APOJ Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 427 a.a., with molecular weight of (29-43) & 67 kDa, respectively.
