Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of SVEC4-10 mouse vascular endothelial cells. When 5× 10⁴ cells/well are added to GPNMB-coated plates (0.25 μg/mL and 100 μL/well), approximately >22.59% will adhere after 30 minutes at 37°C.
