IFN-alpha 10 (IFNA10), belongs to type I interferon family, is produced by macrophages with antiviral activities[1]. IFN-alpha 10/IFNA10 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) contains 189 a.a. (M1-D189), produced in HEK293 cells with a C-terminal His-tag.

IFN-α 10(IFNA10;IFN-α10)属于 α/β 干扰素 (IFN) 家族,由巨噬细胞产生,具有抗病毒活性[1]。干扰素(IFN)最初被认为是一种在体外“干扰”病毒复制的物质。IFN-α/β及相关分子被归类为I型干扰素,其他两类分别为II型干扰素(IFN-γ)和III型干扰素(IFN-λ)[2]

IFNα-10参与JAK/STAT信号通路具有强信号传导效应 (EC50=0.3 nM),被认为是有效的调节剂,可降低 CTLA4 和 FOXP3 而不影响细胞活力。因此,调节性T细胞(Treg)作为调节外周自身反应性T淋巴细胞的关键细胞,IFNα-10调节Treg功能状态并破坏Treg[4]

IFN-alpha 1 (1-11-1-6 M; 24-26 h) results signifcant reduction of both CTLA4 and FOXP3 gene expression in regulatory T cells (Tregs) without affecting cell viability[4].

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
