IL-18BP isoform A, a potent regulator, binds to IL-18, effectively inhibiting its activity. Serving as a suppressor, IL-18BP restrains early TH1 cytokine responses, playing a pivotal role in modulating immune reactions and maintaining cytokine balance. IL-18BP Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived IL-18BP protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag. The total length of IL-18BP Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is 164 a.a., with molecular weight of 42-62 kDa.
