IL-2R gamma/CD132 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His-Fc)

IL-2R gamma (CD132), a type I cytokine receptor expressed on leucocyte subsets, is a receptor for IL-2. IL-2R gamma forms heterodimer with IL-2R beta, and increases the affinity of IL-2R beta for IL-2. IL-2R gamma takes part in inflammatory response and mediates activation of the cells ^[1][2]. IL-2R gamma plays an important role in the development, activation, proliferation, differentiation and regulation of lymphocytes and other cell types^[3]. IL-2R gamma/CD132 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His-Fc) is a recombinant mice extracellular region of IL-2R gamma with a C-Terminal hFc and a His tag, which is produced in HEK293 cells.

不同物种中IL-2R β 的氨基酸序列有所不同。小鼠 IL-2R gamma 与大鼠具有 80.70% 的 aa 序列同一性。小鼠 IL-2R gamma 与人类的氨基酸序列同一性<75%。
IL-2R γ 对 IL-2 的亲和力较低，但与 IL-2R β 形成异二聚体时，对 IL-2 具有中等亲和力。当 IL-2 浓度相对较高时，IL-2R β/γ 异二聚体复合物会转导信号^[2]。IL-2Rγ可被IL-2、IL-4、IL-7、IL-9、IL-15受体利用，参与淋巴细胞及其他细胞的发育、活化、增殖、分化和调节。类型^[3]。IL-2R gamma 维持主流 B 细胞和 T 细胞的生成和功能，并且对于 NK 细胞发育也很重要^[4]。L-2R gamma 突变会导致小鼠先天性和适应性免疫严重受损^[5]。
IL-2R gamma 参与炎症反应，并介导细胞激活 ^[1].

IL-2R gamma binds to IL-2 in recombinant IL-2R gamma plasmid (pGEX-4T-1-IL-2Rγ)-transfected 293T cells^[7].

Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-2-dependent proliferation of MO7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 2.495 µg/mL in the presence of 30 µg/mL of soluble IL-2 R beta and 10 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-2 , corresponding to a specific activity is 400.8016 units/mg.
