KIAA0101 蛋白, Human (His)

The KIAA0101 protein is a PCNA-binding regulator that plays a key role in DNA repair during replication. After DNA damage, it disrupts its interaction with PCNA and promotes the binding between monoubiquitinated PCNA and DNA polymerase eta (POLH). KIAA0101 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived KIAA0101 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.
