Kininogen-1 protein undergoes alternative splicing, producing high molecular weight kininogen (HMWK) and low molecular weight kininogen (LMWK). HMWK is essential for coagulation, assembly of the kallikrein-kinin system, and release of the antimicrobial bradykinin. Kininogen-1 Protein, Human (626a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Kininogen-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of Kininogen-1 Protein, Human (626a.a, HEK293, His) is 626 a.a., with molecular weight of 100-110 kDa.
