描述

LRRC15 protein actively modulates SARS-CoV-2 infectivity by directly interacting with the spike protein, inhibiting ACE2(+) cell infection. While not an entry receptor, LRRC15, expressed on nearby cells, sequesters virions, and its direct interaction with the spike protein's RBD domain leads to virion sequestration at the cell surface. LRRC15 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived LRRC15 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
