Nectin-2/CD112 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His)

Nectin-2/CD112 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is a recombinant mouse CD112 expressed in HEK 293 cells with a His tag at the N-terminus. Nectin-2/CD112 Protein can be used as cell surface ligands for the DNAM-1 (CD226) activating molecule^[1][2].

Nectin-2 (CD112) 是一种 60 (Nectin-2 α) 或 65 kDa (Nectin-2 δ) I 型 TM 糖蛋白，在多种细胞中表达。Nectin 是一种不依赖 Ca²⁺ 的免疫球蛋白样细胞间粘附分子。Nectin 包含至少四个成员 nectin-1、nectin-2、nectin-3 和 nectin-4 的家族。所有成员均具有两个或三个剪接变体（nectin-4 除外），并具有包含三个 Ig 样结构域的胞外区、单个跨膜区和胞质区（nectin-1γ 除外）。Nectin-1、nectin-2 和 nectin-3 在多种细胞中普遍表达。Nectin-2 和 nectin-3 也在缺乏钙粘蛋白的细胞中表达。Nectin-4 主要在胎盘^[1][2]中表达。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
