The NETO1 protein complexly maintains neuronal circuits as an auxiliary subunit of NMDARs, which is critical for the abundance of GRIN2A-containing NMDARs in the postsynaptic density. It regulates long-term NMDA receptor-dependent synaptic plasticity and cognition, particularly in spatial learning and memory. NETO1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived NETO1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of NETO1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is 322 a.a., with molecular weight of ~40-50 kDa.
