NKG2DL2 Protein activates KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, promoting natural killer cell cytotoxicity. Importantly, it does not bind beta2-microglobulin, confirmed by research findings. NKG2DL2 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived NKG2DL2 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag. The total length of NKG2DL2 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is 192 a.a., with molecular weight of 30-40 kDa.
