描述

OLFM4 protein may promote the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells by affecting the transition from S phase to G2/M phase, highlighting its role in cancer cell cycle dynamics. In myeloid leukemia cell lines, OLFM4 exhibits dual effects of inhibiting growth and inducing differentiation and apoptosis. OLFM4 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived OLFM4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-10*His labeled tag. The total length of OLFM4 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is 490 a.a., with molecular weight of 60-90 kDa.
