It acts as an oxidative stress sensor, redox-sensitive chaperone and protease, and participates in neuroprotective mechanisms by stabilizing NFE2L2 and PINK1 proteins. PARK7/DJ-1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived PARK7/DJ-1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-His labeled tag.
