The PLA2G1B protein is a secreted calcium-dependent phospholipase A2 that targets dietary phospholipids in the intestine.Phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylglycerol are preferred, which hydrolyze the ester bond of the fatty acyl group at the sn-2 position.PLA2G1B Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived PLA2G1B protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
