The SLPI protein is an acid-stable protease inhibitor that has shown strong affinity for trypsin, chymotrypsin, elastase, and cathepsin G in multiple studies. It plays a critical regulatory role in inflammatory and immune responses following bacterial infection and Listeria monocytogenes infection. SLPI Protein, Human (107a.a, Sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived SLPI protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of SLPI Protein, Human (107a.a, Sf9, His) is 107 a.a., with molecular weight of ~19 kDa.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O.
