TEAD4 protein is a transcription factor that plays a key role in the Hippo signaling pathway and is essential for organ size control and tumor suppression. It coordinates proliferation inhibition and apoptosis promotion through a kinase cascade involving MST1/MST2, SAV1, LATS1/2, and MOB1. TEAD4 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived TEAD4 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag. The total length of TEAD4 Protein, Human (His) is 361 a.a., with molecular weight of ~44.7 kDa.
