描述

TSLPR protein is the receptor of TSLP and cooperates with IL7R to form a complex that activates STAT3 and STAT5 to stimulate cell proliferation. This receptor also activates JAK2, which is critical for the development of the hematopoietic system. TSLPR Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived TSLPR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of TSLPR Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is 209 a.a., with molecular weight of 42-52 kDa.
