Sortase A, S. aureus  (Synonyms: SrtA)

Sortase A, S. aureus (SrtA), a transpeptidase enzyme is present in many Gram-positive bacteria and helps in the recruitment of the cell surface proteins. Sortase A, S. aureus plays an important part in ligation of various molecules on the cell surfaces^[1].

可将产品用无菌纯水稀释至 0.5 μg/μL 作为工作液。

多肽反应体系配制（30 μL 体系）
1. 测试组：5 μL Srt3（1 mM）, 5 μL Srt4（1 mM）, 5 μL Sortase A（0.5 μg/μL）, 10 μL 3×反应 Buffer, 5 μL ddH2O;
2. 对照组：5 μLSrt3（1 mM）, 5 μL Srt4（1 mM）, 20 μL ddH₂O
依据上表依次进行相应对照组和测试组配制，配制完成后取测试组试剂混匀离心后 30℃ 反应 1-3 h，反应完成后对照组与测试组同步进行 SDS-PAGE 电泳。

注意事项
1. 3×反应 Buffer：100 mM Tris-HCl 7.5, 50 mM CaCl2, 20 mM DTT
2. 合成多肽用于性能反应，
