α-2,6-Sialyltransferase, pasteurella multocida (P-1059)  (Synonyms: α-2,6-唾液酸转移酶)

alpha-2,6-Sialyltransferase (Pd26ST) (EC 2.4.99.1) is capable of sialylating both terminal and internal galactose and N-acetylgalactosamine, which producing terminal α2,6-sialosides^[1].

本品利用大肠杆菌重组表达，C-terminal His Tag，分子量约 54 kDa，纯度>90% （SDS-PAGE），储存缓冲液组分为 20 mM Tris-HCl，pH 8.0，10% glycerol。

使用说明
1.按照反应体系加入底物，5mM MgCl₂,可适当加入缓冲盐（如：Tris-HCl）,调节 pH为 8.5，加入适量 α-2,6-Sialyltransferase（根据反应需求）； 2.混匀后,将样品置于 37℃ 孵育 2-4 h。
注:体系放大时候，孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况调整，可低速震荡混匀。
