GHR (生长激素受体)

Growth Hormone Receptor; Somatotropin Receptor; Growth Hormone Binding Protein (GHBP)

生长激素 (GH) 又称生长激素,通过与细胞表面的两个 GH 受体 (GHR) 结合来促进身体生长。GHR 与 Janus 激酶、信号转导子和转录激活因子相互作用,刺激代谢作用和胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF) 合成。然而,GH-GHR-IGF-1 轴中的过程功能障碍会导致动物侏儒症。如果在 GH 过程中,GHR 未能成功识别和/或结合,或者 GHR 未能将 GH 信号传递给 IGF-1,则会发生 GH 功能障碍。

Growth hormone (GH), also known as somatotropin, promotes body growth by binding with two GH receptors (GHRs) at the cell surface. GHRs interact with Janus kinase, signal transducers, and transcription activators to stimulate metabolic effects and insulin-like growth factor (IGF) synthesis. However, process dysfunctions in the GH–GHR–IGF-1 axis cause animal dwarfism. If, during the GH process, GHR is not successfully recognized and/or bound, or GHR fails to transmit the GH signal to IGF-1, the GH dysfunction occurs.
