ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS is a chimeric peptide with anti-angiogenic and potent anti-tumor effects. ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS can inhibit the proliferation, viability, migration, and invasion of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and induce apoptosis.[1][2].

(In Vitro)

ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS (V3) (25-200 μM; 12-24 h) 可以通过抑制 Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK 信号通路来抑制人 HCC (SMMC-7721, Huh-7) 细胞的增殖、活力、迁移和侵袭，然而，在 HL-7702 细胞中没有观察到明显的影响[2]。

Incubation Time: 12h, 24 h
Result: Inhibited the migration of SMMC-7721 and Huh-7 cells in a dose-dependent manner, but had no effect on HL-7702 cells.

Result: Remarkably increased the apoptotic index, protein expressions of cleaved caspase-3, 8, 9, cleaved PARP, as well as Bax/Bcl-2 and Bad/Bcl-xl ratios.
