Glutathione arsenoxide (GSAO) TFA is a potential anticancer agent and a tumour metabolism inhibitor. Glutathione arsenoxide TFA targets Mitochondrial endomycin nucleotide transferase (ANT). Glutathione arsenoxide TFA causes cell proliferation arrest and cell death. Glutathione arsenoxide TFA can be used to identify cell-surface proteins, such as Protein disulphide isomerase[1][2].
