MCE青霉素-链霉素-谷氨酰胺 (100×)，无菌溶液 (Penicillin-Streptomycin-Glutamine (100×), Sterile) 是已过滤除菌，可直接用于细胞培养的三抗溶液。对革兰阳性细菌和革兰阴性细菌具有有效的联合抗菌作用，可用于防止细胞培养受到细菌污染。

MCE青霉素-链霉素-谷氨酰胺 (100×)，无菌溶液中含有青霉素 G 钠盐 10 kU/mL，硫酸链霉素 10 mg/mL，谷氨酰胺 29.2 mg/mL。本品用 0.85% NaCl 溶液配制，推荐的青霉素的工作浓度为 100 U/mL，链霉素的工作浓度为 100 μg/mL，谷氨酰胺的工作浓度为 292 μg/mL，即按照 100 倍稀释本品即可。

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?
