Lactisole free acid  (Synonyms: 2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)PROPANOIC酸)

Lactisole free acid is a canonical antagonist of sweet taste receptor, selectively targeting to T1R3 subunit, a glucose-sensing receptor. Lactisole free acid inhibits insulin secretion induced by glucose in mouse islets^[1][2].

Lactisole free acid (3-10 mM; 48 h) 在小鼠胰腺 β 细胞 MIN6 中抑制 Acesulfame-K、Sucralose (HY-N0614) 和 Glycyrrhizin (HY-N0184) 诱导的胰岛素分泌 (IC₅₀~4 mM)^[1]。
Lactisole free acid (5 mM; 48 h) 可减弱由 Sucralos 和 Acesulfame-K 引起的细胞质 Ca²⁺ 浓度升高 ([Ca²⁺]_c)，而不影响细胞内 cAMP 浓度升高 ([cAMP]_c)^[1]。
