Concentration: 1-10 nM
Incubation Time: 48-96 h
Result: At a low picomolar concentration of was capable of mediating cytotoxicity of all CD20-expressing lymphoma cells tested; EC50 values for cytotoxicity were in a range of 3-25 pM.

Odronextamab (0.4-1 mg/kg, 腹腔注射, 单次注射) 在小鼠肿瘤模型中以剂量依赖方式的抑制肿瘤活性[2]。

Animal Model: Raji cell xenograft tumor mice model[2]
Dosage: 0.04, 0.1, 0.4, 1.0 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)
Result: Treatment at doses of 0.4 or 1 mg/kg in mice resulted in complete tumor suppression. In mice receiving 0.04-0.1 mg/kg concentrations of odronextamab, tumor growth was slowed.
