Patentiflorin A shows inhibition activity with IC50 values of 32, 31, 30, 32, 108, 61 and 47 nM against Bal: M-Tropic, 89.6: Dual-Tropic, SF162: M-Tropic, Lav.04: T-Tropic, HIV-1LAV, HIV-11617-1 and HIV-1N119, respectively[1].
