Pomalidomide-NH-PEG6-amide-C2-CPI-1612 exhibits antiproliferative effects in cells multiple myeloma cells LP1 (with a DC50 of 1.2 μM), MM1S and various cancer cell lines, especially the leukemia cells[1].
