白介素-1 受体辅助蛋白 (IL-1RAcP) (EC:3.2.2.6),又称 IL-1 R3,属于免疫球蛋白 (Ig) 超家族。 它包含三个 Ig 样结构域和一个被称为 Toll/IL-1 受体 (TIR) 的细胞质结构域,该结构域与信号转导有关。 IL-1RAcP 也包含一个跨膜区域。 IL-1RAcP 可在肝脏、皮肤、胎盘、胸腺和肺中检测到。 IL-1RAcP 有四种异构体,膜状异构体在 IL-1、IL-33、IL-36 通路以及在 AML 细胞的 FLT3 和 C-Kit 中起重要作用。亚型 2 和亚型 3 是可溶性形式,有助于调节 IL-1 诱导的炎症。 亚型 4 主要在中枢神经细胞中表达。 IL-1RAcP 是 IL-1 受体的重要组成部分,可用于炎症性疾病的研究。 来自不同物种的 IL-1RAcP 蛋白的氨基酸序列相对稳定 (人、小鼠和大鼠之间的一致性超过85%)[1][2]

Interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL-1RAcP) (EC:3.2.2.6), also known as IL-1 R3, belongs to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. It contains three Ig-like domains and a cytoplasmic domain named Toll/IL-1 receptor (TIR), which has been implicated in signal transduction. IL-1RAcP also contains a single transmembrane region. IL-1RAcP can be detected in liver, skin, placenta, thymus and lung. There are four isoforms of IL-1RAcP, the membranous form plays an important role in IL-1, IL-33, IL-36 signing, as well as FLT3 and C-Kit in AML cells. The isoform 2 and 3 are soluble forms, contribute to the regulation of the inflammation induced by IL-1. The isoform 4 is mainly expressed in CNS neurons. IL-1RAcP is an essential component of the IL-1 receptor and can be used for the research of inflammatory disorders. The sequence of amino acids in IL-1RAcP proteins from different species is relatively stable (over 85% identity between human, mouse and rat)[1][2].
