CD70 Trimer 蛋白, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His)

CD70 is the ligand of CD27 in activated T and B lymphocytes, is an important cytokine in CD70-CD27 pathway involving with the generation and maintenance of T cell immunity^[1]. CD70 is a surface antigen, also shows antiviral activity and regulates viability of tumor cells and regulatory T cells^[2][3]. As for CD70 protein in human contains transmembrane domain and transmembrane helix, belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family. CD70 Trimer Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His) is a biotinylated CD70 protein trimeric complex, is expressed in the HEK293 cells, with a N terminal His-tag.

CD70 (CD27 Ligand)属于肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)家族，是TNFRSF27/CD27^[1]的配体。
CD70和CD27是II型同源三聚体和I型同源二聚体跨膜糖蛋白，分别在激活的 T 淋巴细胞和静息的 T 淋巴细胞和 B 淋巴细胞上表达^[3][4]。至于CD70在动物疾病模型中的广泛应用，人类的氨基酸序列与小鼠（56.25%）和大鼠（55.79%）有很大不同。
CD70是动物中最常见的突变基因之一。一系列弥漫性大 B 细胞淋巴瘤，特别是在关键的 Epstein-Barr 病毒 (EBV) 特异性 T 细胞免疫中发挥作用，更普遍的是在 B 细胞的免疫监视中发挥作用。CD70 通过恢复由 CD70 缺陷的 EBV 感染 B 细胞刺激的 EBV 特异性 T 淋巴细胞的扩增来抑制 EBV 感染^[3]。
CD70 参与先天性和适应性免疫的激活，在成熟树突状细胞中表达，并在 CD40 或 Toll 样受体的触发下上调^[2]。
CD70 诱导共刺激 T 细胞增殖，增强溶细胞 T 细胞的生成细胞，并有助于 T 细胞激活^[4]。
据报道，CD70 在调节 B 细胞激活、自然杀伤细胞的细胞毒功能和免疫球蛋白合成中发挥作用^[5]。使用 CAR-T 细胞靶向 CD70 阳性肿瘤可诱导有效的抗肿瘤反应^[6]。
