DHRS9 Protein, a 3-alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, converts 3-alpha-tetrahydroprogesterone to dihydroxyprogesterone and 3-alpha-androstanediol to dihydroxyprogesterone, supported by studies. Additionally, DHRS9 significantly contributes to retinoic acid biosynthesis from retinaldehyde, utilizing both NADH and NADPH as coenzymes in its reactions. DHRS9 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived DHRS9 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.
