IFITM3/Fragilis 蛋白, Human (HEK293, Fc)

IFITM3/Fragilis protein, a member of the IFITM family, has antiviral properties. It impedes the entry of viral pathogens, including influenza A, Ebola, and SARS-CoV-2, into cells. This protein is ubiquitously expressed in various tissues, such as the liver (RPKM 370.9) and placenta (RPKM 358.2), among others. IFITM3/Fragilis Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived IFITM3/Fragilis protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-mFc labeled tag. Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
