Nogo receptor/NgR protein is a multifunctional receptor for RTN4, OMG and MAG, mediating a variety of cellular responses. It also interacts with the sialylated gangliosides GT1b and GM1, chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans, and heparin. Nogo Receptor/NgR Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Nogo Receptor/NgR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
