RSPO2 is a key activator of the canonical Wnt pathway and acts as a ligand for LGR4-6 receptors (LGR4, LGR5, or LGR6). Upon binding, this complex forms with phosphorylated LRP6 and Frizzled receptors, activating the canonical Wnt pathway and upregulating target genes. RSPO2/R-spondin-2 Protein, Mouse (Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived RSPO2/R-spondin-2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-mFc labeled tag. The total length of RSPO2/R-spondin-2 Protein, Mouse (Fc) is 182 a.a., with molecular weight of ~47.4 kDa.
