The TEM8/ANTXR1 protein is multifunctional in cell attachment and migration, interacting with extracellular matrix proteins and the actin cytoskeleton. This binding mediates cell adhesion to type 1 collagen and gelatin, promoting actin cytoskeletal reorganization and cell spreading, which is critical for cell structure and movement. TEM8/ANTXR1 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived TEM8/ANTXR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
